Went for Chai Seah's ROM today and met her in-laws for the first time! I'm not very familiar with the singapore wedding culture as I have attended mostly my malaysian relative's weddings. So her scary-looking mil gave me and angpow of 100 bucks as a first-meeting gift D:

Aaaaand, she gave chai seah damn pretty re-set diamond accessories on top of a 1 carat ring. Like WHOA I'm impressed.

Apparently dowries here are like $10 000 for the girl's parents. Damn my dad will regret having just one daughter but 2 sons HAHAHAHA.

Yup I went to tj's mardi gras and met awesome OE people like janice and alyssa! Saw lots of people but don't feel close enough to them anymore. Anyway the vintage theme didn't really seemed like it worked aside from all the teachers' dressing up.

Haha dragged eileen and met up with shirin there too!
