This email belongs to a indonesian scammer who has tried to send money requests to unsuspecting people on paypal. (I've removed my address in the paypal picture)
Well, considering his lack of proper english education, he's an epic failure.
I facebooked and googled his email after receiving his money request.
I don't know what to say, but which scammer in the right mind puts his mobile number for all to see on facebook under the same email? pffffft.
He has a suspicious blog too, but nothing useful or informative about it.
Needless to say, he has messed with the wrong person.
